Hi carabeth,
I have checked your website https://www.ncsota.org/ and the current active theme version is v3.5.2.
Can you make sure that you’re using circleflip v3.6.0 and woocommerce v3.1.1.

You can check the theme version by going to appearance > themes then click on theme details and check the version beside the theme name.
