Hello andre,
Please add the following to the Custom Css Section found at Theme Options >> General Settings >> Advanced
.circleTeam .circleAnimationSingle .front,.circleTeam .circleAnimationSingle .back {display: none !important;}
.circleTeam .circleBackImage {display: none;}
.circleTeam .circleAnimationArea {background: none !important; box-shadow: none !important; -webkit-box-shadow: none !important; -moz-box-shadow: none !important;}
