I needed your credentials so that we can check if it’s a conflict with a plugin or something. The theme is working fine with all our customers so far. We believe that those exceptional cases are usually caused by conflicts with an installed plugin or due to server issues
However, if you insist on a refund (which we will be sorry for, not for the $55 dollars of course, but because our team is doing his best to satisfy all our clients no matter what), the refund process is issued through Envato Support. You can find more about it here:
