Hey adomita,
There is no option to reduce the size of the team member image, It is best handled by uploading the image in the preferred size, and I am happy to report that the feature you’re asking for have been asked before here http://support.creiden.com/forums/topic/features-request-2/#post-635 and is already scheduled in a future update 🙂
