    Hello,

    The menu with the different drag drop elements has completely disappeared from the editor screen. I tried deleting everything and re-installing the theme and its plugins multiple times, with no success. We are set to launch the site in a few days and really need help in solving this problem.

    Could you please send me an admin access in a private reply? And i will check it.

    But are you sure that you were selecting the page builder by clicking this button when you Add new page ?
