I am using the builder to try and create my website. For some reason there is an annoying dotted line that goes the full length of my website if I use the Contact field. How do I get rid of the dotted line? Also how do I eliminate so much space in between the Contact text and the bottom of the “section” on the builder?

Actually this is the style of the contact block as you can see here : https://avaris.themes.creiden.com/contact-details
But you can give it custom css in the custom css section located in Dashboard >> Appearance >> theme options >> General settings >> Advanced ,and here is the code :

 .avaris-pagebuilder-block-contact .avaris-contact-title {
border-bottom: none;
padding-bottom: 0px;
} 

About the margin bottom question, Actually in every block there is an option to control the margin bottom of it as shown here : http://docs.creiden.com/avaris/content-builder/blocks/#avaris-pagebuilder-aq_block_11
