    When I go to edit a column or item, it shows the dim screen like it is waiting, instead of the normal screen, and never lets me edit what I’m doing. I have to either refresh the page or click on the pages menu to get out of that screen. Any suggestions on what to do?

    I’m also having the disappearing block issue and don’t have a ton of content/boxes on the page.

    Thanks!

    I’m just replying so that I can select the “notify via email” option.
    Thanks!

    Hello Ekessler,

    Sorry for the untimely reply, and for the issues faced so far.
    This bug is related to the jQuery UI
    Please replace the file aqpb3.9.js found at themes/circleflip/creiden-framework/content-builder/assets/js/aqpb3.9.js with the one attached here.

    http://support.creiden.comwp-content/uploads/2015/02/aqpb3.9.zip

    You can alternatively click on builder blocks to add them instead of dragging them from the top panel to the lower content area.

    About the blocks disappearing issue please refer to this article http://support.creiden.com/forums/topic/content-disappearing-blocks-saving/

    Regards

    Hello Ekessler,

    Sure I will send you another version.
    http://support.creiden.comwp-content/uploads/2015/02/aqpb3.91.zip

    Please make sure you extract the zip file
    upload the .js file using cpanel rather than FTP clients like FlieZilla, they sometime mess up file formats.

    Let me know if you need any further assistance.

    Regards.

    Hello Ekessler,

    That sounds like plan, please provide temporary admin access to your WordPress installation so that I could check the cause of the problem.

    Regards

    Hello Mohamed,

    Hope your are doing well, it is probably a php memory limit issue,
    Please update your wp-config.php file
    found at the root directory of your WordPress installation
    and add the following 2 lines

    define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’ );
    define( ‘WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’ );

    Regards.
