My hosting provider had to upgrade my server so we had to disable Circle flip temporarily. After the upgrade I activated it again and now I am getting an invalid argument error and a FATAL error. You can see the errors at…

    characteraward.com

    What should i do? Thanks.

    Dear msacco6,
You should now be able to log in into your admin page.
We have found some issues with your installation which all are the result of an old php version, could you please ask your server administrator to upgrade your php version to php version 5.4 and let us know how that turns out.
    Regards.

    Hey msacco6,

We appreciate your patience and very sorry to hear about the troubles with your server, I believe that you did not get the chance to update Circle Flip since you purchased it, the theme options issue you are referring to have been resolved in a previous update, and you would be happy to hear that V 1.1 is now available and features one click demo installation which makes life much easier and other cool features too.

May I suggest you download the updated Circle Flip from http://themeforest.net/item/circle-flip-responsive-multipurpose-theme/8107961 and know that we are here to help so don’t hesitate to contact us more.

    Hey msacco6,

I took another look at your WP installation, and the main cause to what you are experiencing is the Event Espresso plugin, this is not a conflict, it is just that this plugin requires a fair amount of resources and it even states that your server is meeting minimum requirements but you may face difficulties see the plugin menu (http://support.creiden.comwp-content/uploads/2014/07/espresso1.png).

I am sure if you deactivate this plugin you page would load normally.

However, if you insist on a refund (which we will be sorry for, not for the $55 dollars of course, but because our team is doing his best to satisfy all our clients no matter what), the refund process is issued through Envato Support. You can find more about it here:

Thanks for your patience, and sorry for any inconvenience.

    Hello msacco6,
    Thanks for your patience.
your website http://www.characteraward.com/ is hosted at 23.229.133.161
and the ftp account you provided was for 97.74.215.210

Please clarify how can I access the running version of Circle Flip both from WP admin panel and FTP access so that we could fix the error.

    Regards.
