Yes admin access would be better to check the options you are choosing for the header.
Thanks

Go to Appearance > Header builder and select your header
Edit the Header Row
Check “Disable sticky on small devices.”Let me know after you do this, i would like to check the effect to know if this is the problem causing it or not.
Thanks

Only screen between 768px and 979px will have the issue.I have reported the issue, and we will be working on it.
Sorry for any inconvenience,

there is no option for hiding it so you can do it with css through Appearance > Theme options > General Settings > Advanced > Custom CSS SectionIf you don’t know the code to add let me know.
November 24, 2016 at 12:11 pm #10675Dear mercadeoplan,
Did you achieve it, or you still need help before i close the issue ?
And regardning Disable sticky option on screens between 768px and 979px, we will be releasing it in v3.6.Thanks
November 24, 2016 at 8:11 pm #10698hello, i decided not to hide the whole top bar, but instead the text only, and leave only the icons.
I just updated the theme and the menu scrolling problem still persists between 768px and 979px, no fix yet??
November 27, 2016 at 12:40 pm #10707Hi mercadeoplan,
I see that you have managed how to hide the text in the top banner 🙂
Ok now regarding the menu scrolling between (768px and 979px), I have added custom css code in your Theme options > General Settings > Advanced
That’s a temporary solution until we fix it in Version 3.6Thanks
