On mobile devices top menu can`t be shown if sliver is below it

Clasification: visual bug
Pages: ius.lviv.ua and some subpages where is the same design
Location (XPath): /html/body/header/div[2]/div/div/div/div[2]

Description of the problem: When user clicks on ths menu on tall screen it doesn`t appear if below is present slider revolution.

I’ve tested the menu on Chrome, its working fine for me.

Maybe it was empty menu that on mobile had icon.
Now it is ok.
