Hi, often when I update some plugins, the style sheet seems to break because the colours on the site change. It happens specifically when I update Gravity Forms & NextGen Gallery. Do you know what is going wrong please? Thanks.January 21, 2016 at 4:47 pm #7299
This is what it should look like http://www.cyclecentre.co.za/

Sorry for the untimely reply.
What you’re missing there is the style.php file, which loads your chosen styles out of the Theme Options.
How do you get it back working? do you revert the updates?
Please allow us admin access “in a private reply” and we’ll gladly check it out for you.
An FTP access will be helpful if available as well, to revert back updated plugins to keep the site looking good.

something seems to be missing, I couldn’t log into the admin panel.
Can you please re-check the credentials?

Hi, thanks for checking. All seems fine and it doesn’t seem to be happening at the moment. Do you know what might have been causing it, and how I could fix it if it happens again please?
Thanks!January 26, 2016 at 4:52 pm #7334
I am honestly not sure. I apologize.
But rest assured that we have your back. If this happens again, or any other issue, please report and we’ll do our best to help
