You can translate the menu normally through the English site admin: http://www.jamhourendowment.org/en/wp-admin/nav-menus.php

For the flags, I have added the plugin for you, you can see it active now.

when i switch from EN to FR and vice versa i got the url

Hello,

Wordpress search function only search for the wordpress main content (Posts – Page Titles) or content added with WordPress text editor , it doesn’t work with content added with PageBuilders.

I’ve tried searching for titles (Le fonds – Objectif) on your website, it works normally.
