My boss called and said that the site disappeared. jumped on my PC, loaded up the site and got the following message:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘<‘ in /data/15/1/46/12/1372827/user/1472651/htdocs/cemtekswp/wp-content/themes/circleflip352/header.php on line 176

On my Mac I get the message:
Briefly unavailable for scheduled maintenance. Check back in a minute.

What is going on? I’m not sure what a Parse error is? I haven’t made any changes to the website in months. Can you please help me to get this back up and running?
